The key element for us was to achieve a highly functional site whilst ensuring an exceptional standard of appearance / physical presence. We found the ‘Project’ approach to be first class – it’s a great idea to segregate and deal with one issue at a time, rather than trying to do everything at once. The developers were very helpful during the design process, always willing to quickly and efficiently make alterations that we required in a highly professional manner. We’re very happy with the whole Project, I don’t think we could have found a better company to deal with. Feedback You asked our opinion on the advice you gave before the Project, your design service and your overall technical knowledge and expertise; all of these things were excellent. Our project was completed in just 4 weeks, very quick considering it traversed the Xmas and New Year Period. The solution admin is quick and easy to use allowing us to develop our product range quicker than we had imagined. Also, without doubt a Project really is great value for money for companies trying to establish themselves. Due to the success of the website we are now considering opening retail premises to compliment our web based sales. We are currently actively viewing retail premises and plan to open a shop within the next 3-6 months. Outcome In just over 4 months there's been nearly 100,000 site visitors and our company profile has increased dramatically. Many of the site products are now appearing in the Google top 5, which has far exceeded our expectations. We have seen a sales increase in the four months since the new site went ‘live’ of over 500% (yes five hundred percent)!!! We look forward to seeing this increase further as we add new products. To cope with this additional demand 2 new staff have been employed. We've only been a mail order business until now but due to the success of the site, we're actively seeking retail premises and expect to have an outlet within 6 months.
